Minor health issues, such as allergies, colds, flu, and general regular illnesses are often to blame for minor outbreaks of dark circles under our eyes. During the state of illness or allergies, we are prone to rub and agitate our eyes more often, have lest recuperative sleep, and not eat or drink enough fluids.
Certain chronic illnesses can be contributing to both the formation and seriousness of your bags under your eyes as well. Common illnesses related to dark circles are most usually associated with thyroid, immune system, kidney, stomach health problems
Experts conclude that dark circle formation due to the above illnesses is usually due to the weakened and agitated state of the body, poor nutrient uptake, and many other general reasons that can be hard to isolate, but thankfully treating said illnesses usually takes the dark circles along with them.
Whether you can conclude that a regular and minor health issue, or a more serious and chronic illness is aiding the bad guys responsible for making the dark bags under our eyes more radiant, there isn’t a quick and easy solution for the most part. On a positive note however, as the temporary and unserious health issues pass, or if we can effectively cure or treat a more serious chronic problem, we should get rid of the dark circles along with them quite easily and rapidly.
Be sure to seek out proper and qualified medical advice if you believe that your dark under eye bags are possibly related to an illness, allergy or chronic health issue (thoroughly explaining the appearance, age, and variations of your dark circle problems to the physician)
