A deficiency in iron is one of the more common causes of unexplainable dark circles for many people, and the awesome news about this is the fix is quite simple in that if we intake and support better iron uptake into our blood system, we should see a diminishing or getting rid of dark circles quite quickly and painlessly.
Low iron levels is the most common form of anemia, and results in poor oxygenation body tissues due to lessened blood oxygenating efficiency. It is a well known fact around the nutrition and dark under circle areas, that vitamin K can play an important role in not only the appearance of dark bags around the eyes, but in general skin health as well.
Many dark circle creams and products feature vitamin k as an ingredient, and it has proven to be quite effective, although some people may not react as well to this on surface vitamin k application, and may see more benefit by ingesting more of the nutrient through naturally occurring food sources.
Deficiency in the vitamin K nutrient is quite common, due to it naturally occurring in foods many people neglect. If you have recurring dark circles and you determine that it isn’t being caused by lack of sleep or other causes of dark under eye shadows, perhaps you should take a closer look at your diet, and consider if perhaps Vitamin K is not being introduce enough to your body based on the type of diet you eat.

Many people suffer from dark bags and circles around their eyes, a huge percent of the population in fact, but most of that selection of the population doesn’t have a happy relationship with their under eye circles and in most cases want to alleviate them from their life., That is why I started this site in fact, I too have chronic re-occurrence of my own, and have spent much time and effort looking up how to get of and how to remove my own dark circles’.
So what causes the dark circles under the eyes and how do we get rid of dark circle problems? Well the first step of course is to figure out the problem, to identify the cause of them, so we can better identify how serious a problem it is, as well as what is triggering them so we can most effectively (and cheaply) alleviate them.
